Our guesthouse offers the ideal blend of sophistication and simplicity. Each of the three independent rooms features a private entrance and exclusive bathroom, ensuring guests enjoy a stay focused on privacy and comfort. These spaces have been created from a historic 19th-century farmhouse, meticulously renovated to preserve its original charm while incorporating modern amenities.
The location is strategic: just 20 meters from Gate L of the fair and 150 meters from the main entrance, making it perfect for those visiting the city for events and exhibitions. Nearby, you can find excellent restaurants specializing in seafood and Argentine cuisine, ideal for those wanting to explore different flavors.
We are located 1.5 km from the A4 Verona Sud highway exit, providing easy access for travelers by car. Additionally, there is a bus stop just 50 meters away that connects to Porta Nuova station and the center of Verona, facilitating easy transport to the city's main attractions.
We do not offer breakfast service, but you will still find coffee pods, milk pods, biscuits and water in your room. Electric kettle with single-serve tea.
